Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at United Cerebral Palsy Associations Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing supervision to staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Manage program budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and compliance with financial regulations
  • Supervise staff members, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure program facilities are maintained in a clean and safe manner, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Develop and implement individual consumer plans, ensuring correlation with other agency plans
Requirements
  • AA degree (60 units) in social work, counseling, therapeutic recreation, adapted physical/special education, or a related human service field
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in day or residential programs serving persons with disabilities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to present information clearly to stakeholders
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook, with ability to learn other programs as needed
  • Valid CDL and clean driving record, with ability to operate a vehicle in good working order
