Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the logistics of both domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Utilize SAP to coordinate shipping processes, including handling reservations, purchase orders, and sales documents.
  • Assess and select appropriate shipping methods based on established procedures and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve any shipping discrepancies.
  • Conduct audits of freight invoices to confirm accurate billing and manage inventory effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements during shipping operations.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with international shipping terms and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and SAP.
  • Experience in vendor management and scheduling freight pickups.
