Lead Business Development and Sales Efforts

HART GROUP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for leading business development and sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Supervise and train a small team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track sales activity, client interactions, and team performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in the U.S.
  • Background check and clean driving record required.
  • 45-day evaluation period before advancement.
