The District Parts Manager is a key role within PACCAR Parts, responsible for driving sales growth and promoting parts sales programs across assigned districts. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on building relationships with dealers and customers to achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive wholesale and retail sales growth through dealer visits, marketing programs, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with dealer parts and service teams to achieve parts sales goals and objectives, while maintaining dealer program participation and network consistency.
- Work closely with Dealer Principals and senior management to provide consulting services and support for parts and service business growth and departmental profitability.
- Train dealer personnel on key initiatives, programs, and systems to ensure effective implementation and adoption.
- Identify and develop key parts and service accounts, and act as a liaison between dealers, PACCAR Parts Division, Peterbilt Division, and other PACCAR Divisions to resolve parts-related issues.
- Travel extensively (65%) to support sales efforts and build relationships with dealers and customers.
- Four-year college degree in business or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of previous sales experience, preferably within the heavy-duty truck industry.
- Thorough knowledge of heavy-duty products, parts marketing, and operations gained through three or more years of industry-related experience.
- Strong PC skills, including working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding and knowledge of Tableau, Salesforce, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to manage interactions with dealers and customers.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and influence outcomes to achieve results.
- Bilingual language skills a plus.

- This position is eligible for incentive compensation with a target of 10% of base salary.
The salary range for this position is $96,700 - $136,290 annually, with the opportunity for incentive compensation. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
