Position Overview: We are seeking an Inventory Analyst to oversee inventory management at our facility.

Role Summary: The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain the accuracy of inventory records through meticulous data entry and physical counting. This role will support the materials team with daily inventory tasks essential for operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate daily reports detailing inventory levels for Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Work in Progress, Month-to-Date Variance, number of cycle counts, and percentage of counts with less than 5% variance for the Materials Manager.
  • Assist in the preparation of Negative Inventory Reports, conduct research on transactions and Bills of Materials, and implement necessary corrections in the inventory management system.
  • Review production scans from the previous day, ensuring alignment with the Build Plan and Work Center documentation.
  • Communicate necessary corrections to production teams via email.
  • Make adjustments in the inventory management system as required.
  • Evaluate the accuracy of component receipts and ensure completion.
  • Monitor outside processing activities, including inbound and outbound materials, as well as scrap management.
  • Ensure the successful completion of intra-company transfer transactions.
  • Conduct cycle counts as per the established yearly schedule.
  • Physically count components associated with designated programs.
  • Document counts on designated count sheets.
  • Investigate discrepancies in counts and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Obtain signatures on count sheets from the Materials Manager.
  • Report cycle counts in the inventory management system.
  • Compile monthly cycle count data for a rolling 12-month analysis.
