Role Summary
This position entails comprehensive oversight of a facility within the regional operations. The individual will be responsible for managing safety protocols, environmental standards, and regulatory compliance, as well as overseeing operational efficiency, maintenance, technical support, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume full accountability for all operational activities within the facility.
  • Ensure that production and/or extraction targets are met with reliability and efficiency.
  • Maintain adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and manage both Capital and Operational budgets to achieve financial goals.
  • Engage collaboratively with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administer company policies, labor agreements, and operational guidelines effectively.
  • Provide leadership in labor relations, including grievance handling and contract negotiations.
  • Act as a representative of the company in legal or community matters to safeguard corporate interests and foster positive relationships with local entities.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a diverse workforce.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Relevant experience through academic programs or certifications is beneficial.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years in a supervisory or management role, or at least ten (10) years of related experience is preferred.
  • Experience in leading operations within a fossil fuel generation facility is advantageous.
