We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper I - Materials Management to join our team at the Franklin County Sheriff's Office. As a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for distributing commissary items to inmates on a daily basis, collecting and processing commissary slips, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Distribute commissary items to inmates in a timely and efficient manner
• Collect and process commissary slips, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking merchandise received and adding to inventory records
• Operate a forklift to move inventory and supplies as needed

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Ohio Driver's License
• Ability to lift 80 pounds
• Successful completion of forklift training

• Knowledge of inventory control and industrial safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
