Job Summary:

Chandler Hall Health Svcs is seeking a highly skilled Certified Medication Technician/Care Partner to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for administering prescribed medications timely and accurately, providing direct care as needed, and ensuring the overall well-being and safety of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer prescribed medications timely and accurately
  • Provide direct care as needed, including taking vital signs and observing and reporting changes in resident health or medication reactions
  • Accurately and timely document resident care and complete incident reports
  • Work independently and as a team member to ensure the overall well-being and safety of residents

Requirements:

  • Current DHS Medication Administration certification required
  • Current Diabetes Education (preferred)
  • High school diploma or CNA certification or equivalent education required
