Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Processor III to join our team at Tri City National Bank. As a key member of our mortgage lending team, you will be responsible for processing mortgage loan applications, ensuring compliance with industry and government standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process mortgage loan applications, including reviewing and verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate with loan originators, underwriters, and customers to obtain necessary information and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and deliver initial disclosure packages and change of circumstance re-disclosures within regulatory timeframes.
  • Review and verify supporting documentation, including appraisals, flood determinations, and credit reports.
  • Enter HMDA and CRA information as required and process adverse action loan applications.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of mortgage banking experience, with a strong understanding of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple work assignments and meet scheduled loan closing dates and rate lock expirations.
  • High degree of professional customer service, with effective oral and written communication skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and have a strong attention to detail.
