Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the Chemical/Process or Petrochemical industry, with a proven track record of implementing and sustaining Asset Care Excellence principles.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining equipment maintenance programs that surpass regulatory standards.
- Analyzing maintenance costs and identifying inefficiencies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Leading cross-functional teams in Reliability Centered Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Managing capital project input and budgeting in line with operational goals.
- Coordinating maintenance work orders, prioritizing scheduling, and reducing emergency work orders.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering from a 4-year ABET-accredited program, 8-10 years of experience in the Chemical/Process or Petrochemical industry, and strong relationship-building skills with production and maintenance teams.
