Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at the Microsurgical Spine Center. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing fluoroscopic procedures, positioning patients, and operating radiologic machines to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform fluoroscopic procedures for patients of all age groups, adhering to professional radiology practice standards.
  • Position patients correctly for radiographic examinations, ensuring accurate and safe imaging.
  • Operate radiologic machines, including large C-Arms, to produce high-quality images.
  • Develop, process, and maintain x-ray films, ensuring accurate and timely results.
  • Assist in fluoroscopic work, making clinical photographs and identifying images as needed.
  • Monitor patients during procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Maintain equipment and quarters, adhering to safety protocols and standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current valid certificate as a certified Radiologic Technologist in diagnostic radiologic technology.
  • Successful completion of a training program in radiologic technology.
  • Knowledge of modern radiologic equipment and techniques, regional and gross anatomy, and standardized radiologic clinical procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, administer emergency aid, and maintain accurate records.
