About the Position

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a qualified professional to join our team. As a School-Based Clinician Specialist, you will be working closely with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to identify and address the unique needs of students.

Responsibilities
  1. Work collaboratively with school staff to assess student needs and develop strategies for improvement.
  2. Provide comprehensive counseling services to students, addressing issues such as behavioral problems, academic struggles, and emotional challenges.
  3. Develop and implement evidence-based programs to promote social-emotional learning (SEL) among students.
  4. Prioritize building strong relationships with students, parents, and school staff to foster a supportive learning environment.
  5. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services, aligning with school policies and regulations.
  6. Document student progress and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely reporting and compliance with organizational standards.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in education or social services, along with relevant experience and qualifications.
  • A proven track record of success in delivering high-quality counseling services to diverse populations.
