Job Overview
Build Inc. is seeking a dedicated Youth Prevention Specialist to join their team in Chicago's West Side. As a key member of the Violence Prevention Villages project, you will provide support and resources to youth and families in need. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate for youth who are off track, street or gang-involved, and those involved in the juvenile justice system.
  • Collaborate with school administration, community partners, and other program departments to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Provide counseling, case management, and community resources to promote positive outcomes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with inner-city youth, preferably in a human service setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
