We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate DBT Therapist to join our team at Therapeutic Oasis, a leading provider of DBT and mindfulness-based counseling services.

Job Summary:

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based DBT therapy to clients with complex mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, as well as provide crisis intervention and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision to ensure mastery of DBT skills and techniques.
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience providing clinical services, preferably in a DBT or mindfulness-based setting.
  • Strong knowledge of DBT principles and techniques, as well as experience working with high-risk clients and their families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons and evenings, and to adapt to changing client needs and priorities.
