Therapist I

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist I to join our team at Wellness Resource Center. As a Therapist I, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to adults struggling with substance use disorders, mental health, and associated co-occurring disorders.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Lead individual, group, or family sessions to support patients in achieving their treatment goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective discharge planning.
• Provide education and training to staff on behavior management and therapeutic crisis intervention.
• Ensure seamless case management, discharge planning, and after-care planning to support patients' ongoing success.

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience as a therapist, with a focus on working with the specific population served by our facility.

• Eligibility for state licensure as a professional therapy provider.
• CPR certification (training provided upon hire).

• A competitive hourly rate of $40.00.
