Responsibilities:

  • Direct the operation of clinical programs and services
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient-centered care
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration required
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting
  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare management experience
  • Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license required
