Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage our addiction treatment programs, ensuring compliance with evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality care.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise clinical staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our programs.
Requirements:
  • Must be licensed with the BBS or BoP and have been licensed for 2+ years.
  • Must have experience with Kipu and prior clinical director experience at a FOR-PROFIT addiction treatment center.
  • A strong background in addiction treatment, exceptional leadership abilities, and a commitment to improving the lives of our clients.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment and co-occurring disorders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in addiction treatment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment and co-occurring disorders.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent.
  • Must be an English Native.
