About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Property Coordinator to join our team at First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of tenant satisfaction and compliance with lease requirements. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain schedules for tenant visits and work orders.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Track and code maintenance time-sheets into JDE or approved work order system.
- Work with account payables to match up work orders with billing and ensure tenant approval.

Requirements:
- Approximately three to four years of related experience in property management, customer service, or a similar field.
- Associate's degree in business or a related field.
- Proficiency in various software tools and ability to prepare documents and reports effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to deal effectively with internal and external contacts.
