Adecco USA is seeking a skilled Assembly Operator to join our team at Univance in Winchester, KY. As an Assembly Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain process flow for machining and assembling parts according to specific procedures and complete daily production tracking reports accurately.
- Perform quality check inspections by measuring part diameters, depths, and external and internal grooves as required for the work cell.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of production-related documentation, including PCC, Operation Sheets, SOS, FMEA, Key Point, Kan Ban, and Flow Cards.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of TPM by checking fluid levels in machines and participating in scheduled TPM activities.
- Attend and successfully complete all operator training required for each rank.
- May participate in investigations and suggest countermeasures.
- Train others when requested in areas where you have achieved a suitable competency level.
- Strive daily to meet department and company goals and objectives, improve machine processes, support team leaders and members, and maintain a safe working environment for all.
- Maintain strong attendance and know and follow company policies as directed by the Employee Handbook, Safety Rules and Regulations, and the Quality Manual.
- Other duties as required by the Management Team.
