Key Responsibilities
  • Create a positive and engaging customer experience through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Promote a culture of honesty and integrity, maintaining confidentiality and upholding company values.
  • Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assign registers, support POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for Associates, ensuring seamless store operations.
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates, prioritizing tasks and providing progress updates.
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Partner with Management to identify Associate training needs, ensuring effective training and development programs.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures, promoting a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs, driving sales and customer engagement.
  • Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs, maintaining a secure and organized store environment.
  • Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment, ensuring the well-being of Associates and customers.
Requirements
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising techniques and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Able to respond effectively to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Able to train others and provide guidance and support.
  • 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

This position has a starting pay range of $15.42 to $15.92 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
