Job Description

As a Senior Office Coordinator at Vail Resorts, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate office. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including mailroom duties and workplace services tickets
  • Validate and issue access badges for employees, vendors, and temporary staff
  • Partner with the office manager to schedule vendors for building maintenance and repairs
  • Assist with large in-office events, including booking and room setup
  • Maintain kitchen inventories and restock supplies
  • Acquire and maintain certification in First Aid/CPR/AED

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 1+ years of office experience or similar experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • English required; strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility with schedule to accommodate off-hour projects
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Able to operate an automatic vehicle
  • Able to walk short to moderate distances
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and office equipment
  • Previous customer service experience
