**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Records Abstractor to join our team at our Corporate Office in Brooklyn Park. As a Medical Records Abstractor, you will be responsible for identifying and abstracting clinical data from patient medical records, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our electronic health record system.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Review and abstract clinical data from patient medical records
* Enter data into our electronic health record system
* Collaborate with other Abstracting staff to ensure accurate and complete data
* Process and manage Abstracting documents
* Respond to inquiries from clinic locations and Medical Records staff

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of one year of medical office experience
* Health Information Management or related degree preferred
* Strong knowledge of medical records work procedures and medical terminology
* Ability to work independently and be detail-oriented
