Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s, graduate, or postgraduate degree relevant to the course material; or
- A minimum of three years of practical or instructional experience in a field directly related to the course content.
- Comprehensive understanding of both national and state-specific real estate regulations and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in delivering presentations effectively.
- Fundamental math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions.
- A keen attention to detail.
