About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Infusion Nurse to join our team at Accredo, the specialty pharmacy division of Evernorth Health Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer intravenous medications to patients in their homes, providing critical care and support.
  • Build relationships with patients and their families, empowering them to take control of their health.
  • Work independently, making decisions that lead to the best outcomes for patients.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and therapeutic resource centers to ensure patients' needs are met.
  • Document all interactions, including assessments, treatments, and progress, to track patients' journeys.
Requirements
  • Active RN license in the state where you'll be working and living.
  • 2+ years of RN experience, with 1+ year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
  • Strong skills in IV insertion and a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel within a designated area and flexibility to work different shifts on short notice.
