About the Role

As a Hospice Registered Nurse with Gentiva, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families. Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family
Act as primary liaison between physician, patient/family and hospice team
Evaluate patient and family needs and assist in the preparation and execution of the plan of care for each patient
Maintain all assigned patient clinical records

Requirements

RN license in the state of requested employment (or eligibility to obtain)
1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology strongly preferred
Current driver's license and automobile insurance
Current CPR certification
