As a Sales Producer, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new business accounts and expand existing relationships
• Build and maintain a list of target accounts and centers of influence, and develop strategies to penetrate opportunities
• Active prospecting and lead generation through various channels, including email, cold calling, and networking
• Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, and present financial analysis and marketing results
• Adhere to company and regulatory standards for data privacy and security
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a strong background in commercial insurance
• Familiarity with common medical terminology and insurance concepts
• Strong rapport-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with experience in Salesforce a plus
