Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As a Food and Beverage Shift Lead, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of store management, ensuring all required systems are started up, and that the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
You will also be responsible for completing product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and providing change as requested to cash registers.
Customer Service:
You will engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. This includes offering help proactively, identifying needs, servicing until satisfied, etc.
Operations:
You will be responsible for holding store keys to open and close without management as necessary. You will also assist with and coach other team members to work with warehouse and vendor ordering process as the orders are created, reviewed, and received, including opening the backdoor for vendor deliveries.
Inventory Management:
You will be responsible for registering all related sales on assigned cash register, including records of scanning errors, price verifications, items not on file, price modifications, and voids.
You will also assist with bookkeeping activities, including cash report, cash counts, ledgers, and bill payment as necessary or as requested.
Compliance:
You will ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
Training and Development:
You will attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager. You will also serve as a liaison between management and non-management team members by communicating assigned tasks to team members when store management is not present.
Reporting:
You will report disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.
