Join the McLeskey Comprehensive Breast Center, a key part of Brock Cancer Center and Sentara Leigh Hospital, as a Full-Time Breast Imaging Specialist.

**Eligible for up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates**

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday: Rotating hours between 6am - 5pm; Saturday Hours: 8am-12pm. Only required to work 6 Saturdays a year.

Role and Department Summary:

Conduct and evaluate all diagnostic and interventional breast imaging procedures. Ensure compliance with all quality control and assurance standards as mandated by state, federal, and local regulations. Deliver exceptional patient care while adhering to radiation safety protocols at all times.

The McLeskey Comprehensive Breast Center is recognized as an American College of Radiology Breast Imaging Center of Excellence. Our center has achieved NAPBC accreditation in the primary areas of breast imaging and cancer detection: mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy, and ultrasound-guided biopsy.

Educational Requirements:

Trade School Graduate - Radiologic Technology

Licenses and Certifications:

Required: ARRT registry in Mammography, ARRT registry in Radiography, Basic Life Support. ARRT Registered or Registry eligible graduate in lieu of ARRT must obtain registry within 90 days of hire.

Job Responsibilities
