Job OverviewCallow Consulting, a leading accounting firm in the Baltimore-Washington area, is searching for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with precision and expertise.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated CPA with a passion for delivering top-notch tax preparation and research services. With a strong focus on client satisfaction and professional growth, we offer a unique environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and success.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of tax preparation and research experience, preferably with an emphasis on income tax returns. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Experience with tax and accounting software (Lacerte and QuickBooks preferred) and Office software (MS Word, MS Excel).
  • Current CPA (Active Status) or EA Certification / Designation.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Professional and proactive work ethic.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $90,000 - $110,000 Base Annual Salary.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) plan.
