Position Overview

StretchLab Deer Park is seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Assisted Stretching Specialist. This position offers flexible shifts during weekdays and weekends, providing an excellent opportunity for those passionate about health and wellness.

Compensation

Starting pay is $24 per hour following training, with additional earnings from tips and bonuses based on performance.

Role Responsibilities
  • Conduct personalized assisted stretching sessions for clients.
  • Educate clients on effective stretching methods and mobility enhancement.
  • Design tailored stretching experiences to meet individual client needs.
  • Contribute to creating a unique and engaging StretchLab experience to foster client loyalty.
  • Ensure client safety through proper stretching techniques and adherence to company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, staff meetings, and educational workshops.
  • Address client concerns professionally when necessary.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience in health or fitness fields, or relevant degrees in Kinesiology or Exercise Science.
  • Strong understanding of human anatomy.
  • Reliable work ethic with a commitment to punctuality.
  • Positive attitude and ability to create an inviting atmosphere for clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and compassion.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Work Schedule

Shifts typically range from 4 to 6 hours, with a requirement to work on Saturdays.
