Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer to join our team at Synechron Inc. As a key member of our investment banking operations, you will design, develop, and optimize database solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements. Your expertise in SQL development, data modeling, and database design will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

* Design and develop complex SQL scripts, stored procedures, packages, and functions to support our investment banking operations.
* Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models that meet business requirements and regulatory standards.
* Implement and manage data integration processes using cloud-based tools and services.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.
* Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

Requirements

* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in database development, with a focus on SQL development and data modeling.
* Proven experience in data modeling and database design, with a strong understanding of database management systems (DBMS).
* Experience in investment banking financial reporting is required.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
