We are looking for a candidate with 9+ years of IT experience, with at least 7+ years of experience working as an SQL developer & Data Architect. Experience in life insurance is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities & Skillsets

  • Expand and optimize data pipelines, data flow, and collection for cross-functional teams
  • Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture by assembling large, complex data sets to meet functional and non-functional business requirements
  • Ability to quickly pick up and understand where solutions would be appropriate for business applications
  • Identify and implement internal process improvements including automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and redesigning infrastructure for greater scalability
  • Support the building of data platforms and infrastructure required for optimal data extraction, transformations, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources
  • Work with architecture, data, and design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support data infrastructure needs
  • Experience with SSIS and ETL/ELT

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelors/masters degree in computer science/engineering, operations research, or related analytics areas. The ideal candidate should have 9+ years of experience as an SQL Data Architect, preferably in Life Insurance but not mandatory. They should have the capability of designing complex data architecture solutions, team management, superior analytical and problem-solving skills, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
