About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Early Lifecycle Management (ELM) team at Amazon. As a Quality and Innovation TPM, you will play a critical role in introducing cutting-edge technologies to automate, digitalize, and improve our quality control programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the introduction of innovative technologies, such as drones, AI, and Machine Learning, in the ELM quality assurance processes.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures, performance metrics, and feedback mechanisms for quality technologies.
  • Develop metrics and proactive monitoring tools to measure system reliability and performance, as well as measure the success of support mechanisms.
  • Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders and engineering leaders supporting Amazon Operations.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve reliability, availability, and maintainability issues across technical pillars.
  • Produce periodic reports on team performance and present findings to senior leaders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
