Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Commercial LEAD Program. As a Commercial LEAD, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic project work, hands-on experience in helping drive growth for our iconic science-led pet nutrition, and learning through a robust training program.
You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including customer development, global marketing, and US marketing. You will also have the chance to interact with leadership and receive mentorship. Upon successful completion of the program, you may be invited to join our team in a final placement in our Commercial business organization.
We are looking for a rapid, self-driven learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a constant thirst for knowledge with continuous curiosity. You should be a multitasker who can balance analytics, creativity, and strategic thinking while making quick progress in the rapidly changing business landscape.
You should be a strong communicator who can stand up for what you believe, seek new opportunities and solutions, and is able to drive clarity in ambiguous situations. You should be a true collaborator who loves working in close-knit, dynamic teams.
