Job Title: Business Analyst Premium III

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Capital Markets to join our team at Dexian - DISYS. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and optimizing efficiency across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Capital Markets business processes, including Issuances, Valuation, Settlement, Accounting, and Liquidity management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders on business architecture definitions, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior audiences, to ensure effective communication and consensus building.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive business innovation and growth.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Finance, MBA, or related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in Capital Markets domain, with a strong focus on Risk management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and facilitate trade-offs among multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills, with a strong understanding of business architecture definitions and IT Governance.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SQL, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CFA candidate or degree in Risk Management.
  • Strong organizational skills and business judgment, with the ability to distinguish between critical and non-critical tasks.
  • Strategic vision, with a track record of understanding and translating client business needs into a coherent IT vision.
  • Desirable knowledge of VBA, PL/SQL, and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
