Key Responsibilities
  • Lead guests on guided snowmobile excursions, providing expert knowledge and interpretation of the natural environment.
  • Train and mentor junior guides to ensure they meet the highest standards of customer service and safety.
  • Conduct safety briefings and equipment checks to ensure guests are properly prepared for their adventure.
  • Adhere to Aramark's safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Stay up-to-date with local ecology, geology, history, and culture to provide engaging and informative commentary during excursions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience guiding snowmobile excursions in a similar environment.
  • Training in First Aid protocols, such as Wilderness First Responder or Wilderness EMT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Physical stamina to withstand the demands of snowmobile guiding, including prolonged periods of standing, walking, and exposure to extreme temperatures.
