Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Manage select projects from proposal to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and promoting Ware Malcomb's services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development and growth initiatives
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on land development and project management
- Professional Engineer (PE) license and Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Proven track record of leadership and team management, with experience developing and executing business strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
