DataStaff, Inc. is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer for a long-term contract role.

Position Overview:

This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring onsite presence three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop applications utilizing Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps (both canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and more, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Configure and manage Dataverse effectively.
  • Create and customize Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
  • Implement business process automation strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops for functionality discovery and gather requirements.
  • Demonstrate programming proficiency in .NET, SQL, Azure, and C#.
  • Analyze business challenges and map functional solutions to identified use cases, developing applications using Power Platform.
  • Integrate APIs or REST services, ensuring solutions accommodate multiple data sources.
  • Possess certifications in PowerApps Professional or PowerApps Developer.
  • Engage in code review processes.
  • Uphold standards and best practices throughout development.
  • Troubleshoot issues within the Power Platform, documenting solutions and collaborating with IT resources for implementation.
  • Develop design solutions and document common use case scenarios.
  • Preferred experience with DevOps in Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator).
  • Create and disseminate documentation, including requirements, recommendations, and technical analyses related to platform usage.
  • Prepare mockups and prototypes based on requirements, leveraging Power Platform features to provide effective solutions.
  • Adhere to best practices in implementing business solutions and define a governance framework for platform usage.
  • Participate in Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Exhibit strong communication skills for effective discussions regarding technical and business requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8 years of IT experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead.
  • 5 years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.
  • 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and migrating solutions using Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • 4 years of experience with PowerShell scripting.
  • 5 years of custom development experience with .NET, JavaScript, and C#.
  • 3 years of experience using standard and premium connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • 3 years of experience with MS Access and VBA for redesigning Power Apps.
  • 3 years of experience developing Azure logic apps and functions to support Power Automate.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience with DevOps in Power Platform.

This opportunity is available on a corp-to-corp basis or as a W2 position, offering a competitive benefits package.
