Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure Dataverse to meet business needs.
  • Develop and set up Power Apps and Power Automate, including both Canvas and Model-driven applications.
  • Establish business process automation solutions.
  • Lead workshops for functionality discovery and gather requirements.
  • Utilize programming skills in .NET, SQL, Azure, and C#.
  • Comprehend business challenges and functionally map solutions to identified use cases, subsequently developing applications using the Power Platform.
  • Experience with API or REST services integrations, with a solid understanding of implementing solutions that involve multiple data sources.
  • Hold certifications in PowerApps Professional or PowerApps Developer.
  • Engage in code reviews and uphold standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot issues within the Power Platform, document solutions, and collaborate with system administrators and IT resources to implement fixes.
  • Create design solutions and document common use case scenarios.
  • Preferred experience with DevOps in Power Platform, including Power Pipelines and ALM Accelerator.
  • Develop and distribute documentation on platform usage, including requirements, recommendations, and technical analyses.
  • Prepare mockups and prototypes based on requirements, leveraging knowledge of Power Platform features and tools to propose solutions that fulfill business needs.
  • Adhere to best practices in implementing business solutions and define a governance approach for the platform's utilization.
  • Participate in Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required/Desired Skills:

  • IT experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead: Required - 8 Years
  • Experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services: Required - 5 Years
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and migrating solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate): Required - 3 Years
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting: Required - 4 Years
  • Custom development experience using .NET, JavaScript, and C#: Required - 5 Years
  • Experience with standard and premium connectors in PowerApps and Power Automate: Required - 3 Years
  • Familiarity with MS Access and VBA for redesigning Power Apps: Required - 3 Years
  • Experience developing Azure Logic Apps and functions to support Power Automate: Required - 3 Years
