REQUIREMENTS:
Technical Skills and Certifications:
  • Valid certifications in PowerApps Professional or PowerApps Developer.
Education and Experience:
  • Experience with DevOps in Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator) is preferred.
  • Proficient in programming with .NET, SQL, Azure, and C#.
  • Familiarity with API or REST services integrations and the ability to implement solutions utilizing various data sources.
  • Minimum of 8 years of IT experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead.
  • At least 5 years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.
  • 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and migrating solutions using Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate (Flow).
  • 4 years of experience with PowerShell scripting.
  • 5 years of custom development experience using .NET, JavaScript, and C#.
  • 3 years of experience with standard and premium connectors in PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • 3 years of experience with MS Access and VBA for redesigning Power Apps.
  • 3 years of experience developing Azure logic apps and functions to support Power Automate.
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience with DevOps in Power Platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Duties:
  • Configure Dataverse for optimal performance.
  • Develop and configure Power Apps and Power Automate (both Canvas and Model-driven Apps).
  • Create design solutions and documentation for common use cases.
  • Prepare mockups and prototypes based on requirements, leveraging Power Platform features to provide effective solutions.
  • Generate and disseminate documentation including requirements, recommendations, and technical analyses regarding platform usage.
  • Engage in Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
  • Configure business process automation workflows.
  • Facilitate functionality discovery workshops and gather requirements.
  • Analyze business challenges and map functional solutions, developing applications using Power Platform.
  • Participate in code review processes.
  • Uphold standards and best practices in development.
  • Troubleshoot Power Platform issues, document solutions, and collaborate with system administrators and IT resources to implement fixes.
