The F/A-18 or E/A Pilot / EWO Subject Matter Expert plays a crucial role in the development of aviation training materials.
As a leading technology organization, we specialize in aviation courseware creation, virtual training solutions, and technical documentation for both military and commercial aviation sectors.
We are currently looking for experienced F/A or E/A-18 Aircrew to contribute their expertise in a part-time remote capacity as a Subject Matter Expert.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Aircrew Courseware and Training materials focused on Super Hornet systems, including pilot and aircrew tasks, aircraft operations, and tactical procedures.
- Act as a courseware developer (instructional designer) and subject matter expert.
- Create design documents, scenarios, guided demonstrations, and instructional resources.
- Review and ensure the quality, technical accuracy, and instructional effectiveness of draft and final interactive multimedia lessons.
- Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Engage in all phases of courseware development: Analysis, Design, Development, and Deployment.
- Comprehend and articulate project scope and vision to align with client expectations.
- Apply knowledge of adult learning principles, graphic design, and layout techniques.
- Recent experience as an F/A or E/A-18 Pilot / EWO.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
- Proficient in collaborating within a team environment.
- Capable of working independently while meeting deadlines and project milestones.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
- Familiarity with productivity software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is preferred.
This position requires compliance with Export Control regulations, necessitating that candidates be classified as a 'US Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. §, which includes US Citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card).
