JOB SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to engage with students in a constructive and encouraging manner while supporting their individual objectives. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting data on student progress across various goals and effectively communicating this information to educational staff. Flexibility is essential, as assignments and student interactions may vary frequently. The candidate should be capable of functioning in an environment with minimal direct oversight.
Additionally, the candidate must be open to seeking assistance or guidance when necessary and should be willing to participate in provided training sessions. While prior educational experience is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and successful completion of a minimum of 32 semester credits that will lead to a Bachelor's Degree OR must pass the state of Idaho approved Parapro Assessment test.
BENEFITS INFORMATION:
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Public Employees Retirement are available to Classified employees who work at least half time (20 hours per week) or more in a regular position and to Certified employees with a .50 FTE or greater contract.
