Job Title: Leasing ConsultantJob Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Camber Corporation. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for presenting our self-storage facility to prospective tenants, leasing units, providing exceptional customer service, and participating in the marketing of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unit Preparation and Presentation: Ensure that storage units are clean, well-maintained, and presented in a professional manner to attract potential customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to leasing inquiries, provide personalized tours, and answer questions to showcase the benefits of our self-storage facility.
  • Leasing and Sales: Rent storage units by completing leases with customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing of rentals and cancellations.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, input rentals and cancellations into our system, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handle resident complaints and concerns, and direct them to the Assistant Manager or Property Manager when necessary.
  • Marketing and Competition Analysis: Participate in daily collection calls, shop the competition to compare sales techniques, pricing strategies, and merchandising, and assist in maintaining an accurate and current priority wait list.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in a related position.
  • Knowledge and Skills: General knowledge of self-storage, exceptional customer service skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
