Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to take on the role of Security Supervisor at PalAmerican Security. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in security or military settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all security personnel within your designated area of responsibility.
  • Conduct interviews and prepare candidates for on-site evaluations.
  • Provide comprehensive training and mentorship to security staff.
  • Assess and assign suitable security officers to specific locations.
  • Manage performance evaluations for security personnel and supervisors.
  • Implement motivational strategies and disciplinary measures as necessary.
  • Regularly visit security sites to address any operational concerns.
  • Develop training programs and site-specific protocols.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of company assets.
  • Engage in recruitment initiatives and job fairs.
  • Ensure accurate scheduling and payroll management.
  • Deliver training at designated post locations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a service-oriented organization.
  • Background in security, law enforcement, military, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong skills in scheduling, operations, and personnel management.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficient in using personal computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to learn and utilize timekeeping and payroll systems.
