At Cafe Rio, we believe that cooking is both an art and a science. Our passionate team will guide you through hands-on training at our state-of-the-art Culinary Institute (CRAFT). You will engage in three days of intensive classroom instruction and practical training, aimed at advancing your career.

Throughout your journey, you will master the art of flavor layering, transforming simple ingredients into culinary masterpieces. You will also develop your leadership skills, mentoring and guiding your team to success.

Key Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience, preferably in the restaurant sector, overseeing a team of 15 or more
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
