*This is a full-time position based in our Lynnwood, Washington office, with the option to work remotely 1 or 2 days a week.*

*Significant experience in processing title examinations in Washington State is essential.*

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all personnel within the title department, including managing timecards, absence requests, ensuring adequate coverage, recruiting as necessary, addressing employee relations, and conducting annual performance evaluations.Guide and mentor staff to adapt to evolving work efficiencies and transition to new processes and tools.Possess a thorough understanding of title insurance policies and endorsements, with the ability to generate proforma policies and interpret land surveys.Interpret complex federal and state regulations relevant to the title insurance sector.Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of land records and the capability to analyze data from various sources, including title plants.Provide internal advisory support for title staff and facilitate their training and ongoing education.Assist internal escrow and sales teams with title curative issues related to both residential and complex commercial transactions.Engage directly with clients, including real estate agents, builders, developers, attorneys, and lenders, fostering effective communication.Build and maintain collaborative relationships with the internal Underwriting Department, understanding transaction risks and proposing solutions to complex title challenges.Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Uphold integrity and professionalism as a representative of the company while ensuring confidentiality of proprietary information.A minimum of 15 years of experience in residential and commercial title operations is required.The estimated compensation range reflects the typical salary for this role or similar positions. Various factors, including education, experience, seniority, and performance, may influence the actual pay rate.

Compensation for this position ranges from $135,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually, with potential bonus eligibility for qualifying employees.

Old Republic adheres to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including minimum wage laws. In cases where a stated minimum hourly rate is below the legally required minimum wage, Old Republic will always compensate at or above the mandated minimum wage.
