Job Summary
Grand Traverse Container, Inc. is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and distribute customer orders via phone, fax, and email
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, and shipping information
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Create and manage customer files
• Assist with answering house phones as needed

Requirements:
• 2-year degree or 3-year relevant customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with MS Office products and other computer software

Compensation:
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience

This is a full-time position with occasional overtime required. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
