The Reproductive Science Center of the San F is on the lookout for a Lead Embryology Specialist to enhance their esteemed team. The successful applicant will take charge of various facets of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) procedures, oversee laboratory functions, and guarantee exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ART procedures such as oocyte retrieval, IVF, fertilization assessment, and embryo analysis.
- Prepare culture media and solutions necessary for procedures.
- Ensure the secure handling of specimens and accurate sample collection.
- Maintain comprehensive laboratory documentation and reports.
- Contribute to research initiatives and mentor junior personnel.
- Engage with medical professionals and patients to uphold quality care standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in embryology.
- Certification from the American Board of Bioanalysis is preferred.
- California CLS license with ASCP certification is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Compensation Package: $100,000-$180,000
