Position Overview

This opportunity is for candidates attending a national career event.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary role of the Clinical Sales Representative is to effectively promote and maximize the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System across various medical specialties within a designated territory.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Formulating a strategic sales plan to enhance robot utilization across multiple healthcare facilities.
  • Leading surgical teams through training sessions, integration into operating rooms, and applications of da Vinci Surgery.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in da Vinci Surgery across all primary surgical specialties.
  • Supporting regional marketing initiatives that foster awareness and adoption of the system.
  • Creating tailored da Vinci Surgery plans for surgical teams to ensure independent operation of the system.
  • Continuously expanding the user base by collaborating with key opinion leaders.
  • Mentoring new team members to elevate their performance within the clinical sales team.
Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of external sales experience, including at least 2 years in the healthcare sector, is required.
