  • Lead and organize special programs as directed by supervisory staff.
  • Facilitate the ongoing development of clients in alignment with their individual service plans.
  • Compile and submit statistical reports in compliance with governmental guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Assist in budget development and management for the department.
  • Be flexible and available for additional shifts as required.
  • Participate in training sessions and represent the organization professionally.
  • Support the training and development of new staff and clients.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients, demonstrating compassion and clarity.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Experience in social services or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.

Physical Requirements: This role involves light to moderate physical activity, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The work environment is primarily office-based with a low to moderate noise level.
